Terms of Use & Membership

1. Acceptance

By accessing InternetBox.com or registering an account, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies. If you represent a business, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

2. Nature of the service

InternetBox operates a business directory and discovery platform. It is not the seller, purchaser, broker, escrow provider or payment processor for transactions between listed businesses and visitors.

3. Account eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate, current business and contact information and maintain account security. You may not impersonate another person or business or publish misleading claims.

4. Listings and permitted content

Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to use all text, images, logos, product information and links they submit. Prohibited content includes fraud, illegal goods or services, impersonation, malware and infringing materials.

5. Membership and activation

The standard annual membership price is USD 48 and CNY300 unless a valid promotion applies. Premium features are activated after confirmed payment. Subscription benefits apply for the stated 12-month term.

6. Manual renewal and expiry

Membership does not renew automatically. Reminders may be sent approximately 30 and 7 days before expiry. After expiry, premium-only contact information and links may be hidden while limited preview information remains visible.

7. Promotional codes and agents

Promotional codes are subject to stated validity and eligibility. InternetBox agents may distribute approved codes but must not receive membership payments or demand fees for codes. InternetBox may reject fraudulent or unauthorized code use.

8. Payment and taxes

Payments are made through the official online checkout using available supported payment methods. Applicable taxes, fees and final amounts should be shown before confirmation. Payment providers may apply separate terms.

9. Refunds, cancellations and disputes

InternetBox’s commercial policy is that annual membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where applicable law requires otherwise or InternetBox expressly approves a refund. Statutory rights, chargeback processes and mandatory protections are not excluded.

10. Direct business transactions

Any quote, purchase, sale, service agreement, shipping arrangement, warranty or payment between a visitor and a listed business is solely between those parties. Users should independently assess counterparties and transaction risks.

11. Ratings, testimonials and moderation

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences. InternetBox may moderate, remove or restrict suspected fake, abusive, unlawful or misleading content and may suspend accounts where appropriate.

12. Intellectual property

InternetBox retains rights in its platform, design and branding. Members retain rights in their own content and grant InternetBox a limited license to host, display and distribute it for directory operations and promotion of their listings.

13. Availability and changes

InternetBox may update features, search ranking, categories and reasonable operational requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of views, leads, inquiries or sales.

14. Suspension and termination

InternetBox may remove unlawful content, restrict listings or suspend accounts for serious violations, security risks, suspected fraud or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InternetBox does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings or outcomes of buyer–seller transactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
