Answers about membership, listings, payments and staying safe on InternetBox.
What is InternetBox?
InternetBox is a global business directory where visitors can discover businesses, products and services and contact listed companies directly.
Does InternetBox sell products or services?
No. InternetBox does not sell the products or services advertised by members and does not process payments between buyers and sellers.
Who can list a business?
Manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, distributors, service providers and other legitimate businesses may apply, subject to the platform’s content and eligibility rules.
How much does membership cost?
Standard premium membership costs USD 48 for 12 months (CNY300). This is one annual payment, equivalent to USD 4 per month (CNY25).
Is there a free membership?
There is no standard free premium membership plan. A business may have a limited pre-activation preview, and InternetBox administrators may create selected pre-launch showcase listings without charging the business.
What is included in a paid listing?
An active paid member can publish a business profile, eligible product and service listings, and approved contact channels and external marketplace links.
Can I add my website and marketplace links?
Yes. Eligible members can add website, email, telephone, WeChat and supported marketplace links, such as Alibaba, Amazon or Made-in-China.
Can I choose more than one category?
Yes. Businesses may select multiple relevant categories or subcategories, subject to listing rules. The directory uses two classification levels: main category and subcategory.
Which languages are available?
The public website and subscriber-facing experience support English and Simplified Chinese.
How can I find a business?
Use the search bar to search by business name, product, service or keyword. Narrow results by country or category where available.
How do I contact a listed business?
Open its profile and use the published contact options. Contact details are available when the listing is active and permitted for display.
Does InternetBox verify every business?
No universal verification or endorsement is implied. Review the available profile information, conduct independent checks and use appropriate precautions before transacting.
How are ratings and reviews handled?
Where enabled, users may submit reviews or ratings under moderation rules. Reviews are opinions of their authors and do not guarantee a company’s performance. Anyone can submit a rating and review with their email. It will be confirmed by email, then approved by a moderator before it is published.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Eligible debit and credit cards through Stripe, and Alipay if available. Members can choose which payment method to be used in checkout page.
Will my membership renew automatically?
No. Renewal is manual. You will receive reminders approximately 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
What happens when my membership expires?
Your premium contact details and external links are hidden from public view until you renew. A limited company and product/service preview may remain visible.
Can I use a promotional code?
Yes, when a valid promotion is available. Enter the code during checkout and review the final payable amount before confirming payment.
Should I pay an InternetBox agent?
No. Agents are not authorized to collect subscription payments or charge for promotional codes. Pay only through the official InternetBox.com checkout.
Can I request a refund?
InternetBox’s commercial policy is that annual membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated. Please review the Refund and Cancellation section in the Terms before payment.
